Elio graduated from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Sumatera Utara. Before joining Janis & Associates, he worked at the law firm Sirjon Pinem & Partners, where he specialized in general corporate matters and litigation. He was appointed as an advocate and received his license from the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) in 2019. His practice areas cover both litigation and non-litigation, including corporate crime, civil crime, civil law, general corporate matters, intellectual property rights, and agrarian law. He joined Janis & Associates in 2019.
