We have represented clients in labour disputes both from the employee's perspective and the employer's perspective. We have several experiences representing our clients in negotiation, out-of-court settlement, and in the Indonesian Industrial Relations Court (Pengadilan Hubungan Industrial) regarding employment termination disputes and other employment issues relating to the rights and duties of employee and employer. We also give advice on the prevailing laws and regulations regarding manpower matters, drafting and/or reviewing company regulations or labour agreements.
