With over 30 years of experience in the legal field, Hira specializes in various areas of law, including corporate law, civil law (with expertise in inheritance distribution and divorce), banking law, mining law, labor law, and agrarian law. After graduating from Universitas Trisakti in 1990, she spent the first 13 years of her career at a Consulting and Petroleum Law Firm before joining Janis & Associates in 2004. Her extensive experience and expertise make her a highly skilled and seasoned legal professional.

Representing a state owned bank in a Cassation appeal filed by the petitioner with the Supreme Court concerning a property dispute over land located on Fatmawati Street, measuring approximately 10,000 m². Successfully defended the client against claims for material damages amounting to approximately IDR 1 billion and immaterial damages of approximately IDR 22 billion.

Representing and advising a state owned bank in resolving an industrial dispute through amicable negotiations concerning employee misconduct in the processing of Export Usance L/C and SBLC transactions. The dispute involved the improper handling of export document transfers at the request of a corporate client, in transactions valued approximately at USD 22,000,000 for SBLC and USD 129,000,000,000 for Export Usance L/C. The matter was adjudicated by the Labour Dispute Settlement Committee.

Representing a corporate client in a tort action involving the unlawful occupation of land by a third party, concerning five land titles Right to Build (Hak Guna Bangunan or HGB). Successfully recovered the client’s property rights over the five Certificates of HGB and secured compensation of IDR 250 billion for the client in the East Jakarta District Court.

Representing a client in a divorce and child custody case before the Tigaraksa Islamic Court.

Representing a corporate client engaged in the national shipping industry as an Intervening Defendant in a case concerning the suspension of a decision issued by a state administrative official (South Jakarta Mayor's decree) regarding the enforcement and eviction of the client's land. The case was heard before the Jakarta State Administrative Court.
