Laksana joined Janis & Associates in 2016 shortly after earning his Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He later obtained his Master’s Degree in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Law from Queen Mary University of London. Since joining the firm, Laksana has actively contributed to a wide range of projects involving contracts, torts, infrastructure, property, cyber law, family law, forestry, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and banking and finance.

Representing a corporate client engaged in the national shipping industry as an Intervening Defendant in a case concerning the suspension of a decision issued by a state administrative official (South Jakarta Mayor's decree) regarding the enforcement and eviction of the client's land. The case was heard before the Jakarta State Administrative Court.

Providing Legal Due Diligence for a subsidiary of a state owned enterprise in relation to the land sale and purchase transaction in Sentul, West Java, with a total land area of approximately 31,800 m².

Representing a Private Client in defending their rights to 38 land certificates covering 7.7 hectares in West Cakung, valued at approximately IDR 622 billion.

Representing a Private Client as a Defendant in a breach of contract dispute against a Singaporean Foreign Corporation concerning the sale and purchase of satellite equipment, with a claim amount of USD 500,000, at the Central Jakarta District Court.

Representing a client in a third-party opposition lawsuit concerning a land area of 464 hectares at the Lubuk Pakam District Court, with an estimated claim value of around IDR 4 trillion.

Representing a state owned enterprise as a Plaintiff and successfully defended the client's rights concerning a national vital object with a claim amount of IDR 21,652 billion at the Medan District Court.

Representing a state owned enterprise as a Plaintiff in a dispute over an electricity sales agreement, defending the client’s material claim valued at IDR 32.67 billion at the Central Jakarta District Court.

Representing a private client at the Administrative Court, successfully defending the client's rights to six land certificates covering 1.1 hectares in East Cakung, valued at IDR 53.145 billion.

Representing a private client at the Administrative Court, successfully defending the client's rights to a land certificate for a 35,560 m² property in Ujung Menteng, East Jakarta, with an estimated value of IDR 177 billion.
